About Victoria
I am a solicitor in the Southampton office, specialising in employment law. I am able to advise employers and employees on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious areas of employment law, with a keen interest in discrimination cases.
For employees, I can advise on contract terms, or I can assist when things go wrong. I am able to draft grievances, negotiate exits, and support employees in bringing claims through the employment tribunal.
I am able to support employers by drafting their contracts, policies and handbooks. When things become contentious, I advise on grievance or disciplinary procedures, and responding to tribunal claims.
Outside work I like being outside; either visiting the beach or going on long scenic walks. I love reading, writing, and watching sitcoms.
