About Scarlett
I am a Paralegal within the Commercial Property team.
I have previously worked in residential property assisting clients with their sales, purchases, lease extensions and remortgages. I completed a BA Hons in Law at the University of Leeds.
I work with a range of clients from sales to refinancing and offer support by updating documentation and keeping clients and third-parties up to date with their transactions.
I worked in residential property law for 18 months, starting in the completions team as I handled the registration process. I then handled sale files from drafting documents to closing out enquiries. I have since moved into the commercial side of property.
I graduated from the University of Leeds with a 2:1 in LLB Law with Honours.
In my spare time I love to keep active with running, swimming, dancing and walking my Cocker Spaniel called Matilda.
I also love seeing musicals when I get the opportunity which is why my dog is named after one!
