About Lucy

I am a Senior Associate in the Residential Property team at Moore Barlow, based in the Guildford office.

I advise on all aspects of residential conveyancing, including buying and selling leasehold and freehold properties, new build transactions, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. I act for a broad range of clients, including probate and attorney sales, first-time buyers, repeat investors, and individuals buying and selling their homes.

I am known for my clear communication, calm approach, and close attention to detail. I work closely with clients and professional referrers to ensure transactions progress smoothly, efficiently, and with minimal stress. My aim is to provide a tailored service that reflects each client’s circumstances, while offering reassurance and practical advice throughout the process.

Outside work, I love to bake, am an avid reader and enjoy a good gin. I am also teaching myself to play the guitar.
