About Caroline

I am a Paralegal in the Richmond property team and have been with the firm for over 16 years. I have particular expertise supporting and guiding clients through the conveyancing process. Earlier in my career, I worked closely with Christopher Saunders who retired in December 2021, gaining invaluable knowledge that has shaped the way I support clients today.

I am part of a team that supports clients dealing with transactions such as:

  • Residential sales and purchases
  • Transfers of equity
  • Re-mortgages

It is said that moving house is one of the most stressful things you can do in a lifetime, so I aim to alleviate clients’ worries as much as possible. I focus on ensuring that their transactions progress smoothly, efficiently, and with minimal stress.

I became a first-time mum in 2022, which is now my greatest joy and main focus outside of work. I also enjoy baking, listening to music and spending time with family and friends.
